Price and lead time are quoted per configuration and quantity. Send us your part or capacity requirement and we will come back with a quotation.
Custom CNC machined parts in aluminium and steel, produced to customer drawings for prototypes, small batches and repeat production runs. Aluminium and steel components are among the most common enquiries we handle, and every job is programmed from the supplied 2D or 3D model before cutting begins.
The table below reflects typical aluminium and steel grades and the general capability for this family of parts. Values are for reference only and are confirmed against your drawing at quotation.
| Item | Typical range / option |
|---|---|
| Materials | Aluminium 6061 / 7075 / 2024; carbon steel 1045; alloy steel 4140; stainless 304 / 316 (other grades on request) |
| General tolerances | General machining tolerances to drawing; tighter on request |
| Surface finish | As-machined finish, with finer finishes available on request |
| Surface treatment | Anodising, zinc plating, black oxide, bead blasting, powder coating, selected per drawing |
| Edge treatment | Deburr and chamfer as standard; radius per drawing |
| Threads | Metric and imperial, tapped or milled as specified |
| Order quantity | Prototype single pieces through to serial batches |
Parts are produced on 3-axis and multi-axis machining centres, so complex profiles, pockets, slots and drilled patterns can be held within as few set-ups as the geometry allows. Secondary operations such as tapping, reaming and surface preparation are handled in-house to keep the workflow with a single supplier.
Send your drawing, 3D model or physical sample and the part will be reviewed for manufacturability before quotation. A first-article sample can be produced for approval ahead of batch production, and dimensional inspection records are available for critical features.
All specifications above are typical for this part family; the final configuration and quotation are subject to confirmation on enquiry.
Tell us the parts you machine and the batch size — we will recommend a machine or process that fits.
