We design and machine custom fixtures and workholding devices to drawing, used to locate, support and secure components during machining, inspection and assembly. Each device is built around the part geometry and the operation it supports.
Design Inputs and Location Principles
Fixture design starts from the part drawing, the machining process and the required accuracy. Location points, clamping method and access for tooling are agreed before manufacture, so the device suits the machine and the operation it is used on.

Manufacture and Verification
Bodies and locators are machined to the agreed tolerances and trial-fitted against a sample part where possible. Critical locating features are checked before despatch, and adjustments are made where the operation requires them.
Enquiry and Build Flow
Send the part drawing, the machine and the operation to be supported; we review the requirements, propose a fixture concept, quote, then build to the approved design. Final configuration and quotation are to be confirmed on enquiry.
